Connecting a 2.4 device to a mesh network

Our ScentedVents diffuser requires a 2.4 GHz WiFi network for seamless integration with the accompanying app. In the event that your network operates as a mesh network, emitting signals across multiple bands, it becomes imperative to temporarily deactivate the other bands to singularly isolate the 2.4 GHz frequency for the duration required to pair the device. Upon successful pairing, the other bands can be reactivated as necessary.

I can't smell anything

Inoperative Furnace Fan
Verify if your furnace fan is operational.

Misplaced Straw
If the straw within the diffuser has dislodged and submerged into the bottle:

Incorrect Tube Placement
Ensure that the tube is inserted into the duct at the optimal height and location.

Restricted Airflow
Check for any obstructions such as covered vents or inadequate vent placement within the room.

Multiple Duct Runs
Installation of a splitter may be necessary if you have more than one duct run.

Excessive Fragrance Output
If the fragrance intensity is set too high, it may lead to olfactory fatigue. Gradually reducing the fragrance level may enhance scent perception.

Operational Test
To confirm the functionality of the diffuser:

Disconnect the tube from the duct.

Observe if mist emission occurs when the pump is activated.
