You can manage your subscription directly from your account on our website. This includes:
- Changing your fragrance selection for the next cycle

What type of fragrances are used in the diffusers?
Our fragrances are high-quality, clean, and free from phthalates, parabens, and glycols. They are formulated for safe and effective diffusion without leaving residue in your diffuser or HVAC system.
Are the fragrances safe for pets and children?
Yes, our fragrances are made with safe, non-toxic ingredients and do not contain phthalates, parabens, or glycols. However, if you or your pets have sensitivities or allergies, we recommend testing a small amount before extended use.
How long does a 500mL fragrance canister last?
The lifespan of a fragrance canister depends on intensity settings and usage. On average:
- Low settings: Lasts around 4-6 Months
- Medium settings: Lasts around 2-4 Months
- High settings: Lasts around 1-2 Months
Can I switch fragrances before the canister is empty?
Yes, you can swap fragrances at any time. Simply remove the canister, place the plug back in, and store it in a conditioned, dry place. The fragrance will remain fresh for at least a year when properly sealed.
Do the fragrances leave residue or build-up?
No, our fragrances are formulated to diffuse cleanly without leaving residue in your diffuser or HVAC system. Regular cleaning of the diffuser nozzle and tubing will ensure continued optimal performance.
Are your fragrances natural or synthetic?

AromaLink (2024-present) Diffuser FAQ
How do I pair my AromaLink diffuser to the app?
To connect your AromaLink diffuser to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
- Download the SV AromaLink app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and register a new account or use Google/Apple Sign-In to log in.
- Make sure the diffuser is powered on and within Bluetooth range of your phone.
- Enable Bluetooth permissions on your phone (Bluetooth is required for setup).
- Tap the Bluetooth button at the top middle of the app, then tap Start Scan.
- Select your diffuser when it appears.
- The app will auto-populate your Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password and tap Connect.
- Once connected, tap Finish to complete the setup.
What is the best intensity to start with?
Depending on the square footage of the space, start with the following intensity levels:
- 2000 sq. ft. → Start at level 2-3
- 4000 sq. ft. → Start at level 3-4
- 6000 sq. ft. → Start at level 4-5
You can adjust the intensity in the SV AromaLink app as needed to achieve the desired scent strength.
Why can’t I smell anything?
If the diffuser is installed but no scent is detected, check the following:
- Ensure the diffuser is turned on and intensity is set above level 1.
- Make sure the fragrance canister is inserted correctly and is not empty.
- If connected to an HVAC system, verify that the fan is running.
- Remove the straw and black nozzle, disconnect them, and clean both with warm water or isopropyl alcohol.
- Unscrew the white plastic piece inside the nozzle and clean it before reassembling.
Why does it say ‘Not Connected to Wi-Fi’?
If the diffuser is responding to app commands, you can ignore the message. This just means the diffuser is actively communicating with the server.
- If the diffuser is not responding, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Close and reopen the SV AromaLink app to refresh the connection.

What does the Air Sensor do?
The Air Sensor automatically adjusts fragrance output based on air quality and movement in the space. When enabled:
- The diffuser increases scent output when airflow is detected.
- If no airflow is detected, the diffuser lowers output to conserve fragrance.
- This feature works best in spaces with consistent air circulation.
You can turn the Air Sensor on or off in the SV AromaLink app under device settings.

How do I pair my Luxury 6000 diffuser to Wi-Fi?
To connect your Luxury 6000 diffuser to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
- Download the App – Install the ScentedVents app from the iOS App Store.
- Power On – Ensure your diffuser is plugged in and powered on.
- Register & Login – Open the ScentedVents app, tap Register New User (bottom right), and create an account. Once registered, log in.
- Start Wi-Fi Setup – Tap Wi-Fi Connect in the app.
- Enter Pairing Mode – On your diffuser, press and hold the MODE button until the screen flashes either an A or a C:
- If the screen flashes A, tap Compatibility Mode in the app.
- If the screen flashes C, tap One Click Mode in the app.
- Confirm Your Wi-Fi Network – The app will automatically detect and display the Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to. Enter your Wi-Fi password.
- Important: The diffuser only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz-only network, or temporarily disable 5GHz if your router combines both.
Complete the Setup – Wait for the diffuser to connect. The app will confirm a successful pairing.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network before starting. If your router combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz, separate them in your router settings.
- Restart your diffuser and try again if the connection fails.
- Double-check that your Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.
Why can’t I smell anything?
If your Luxury 6000 diffuser is running but you can’t smell anything, try the following:
- Check the Diffuser Settings – Ensure the diffuser is turned on and set to an appropriate intensity level. It can be operated manually or through the ScentedVents app.
- Inspect the Fragrance Cartridge – Make sure the cartridge is not empty and is properly inserted into the diffuser.
- Confirm HVAC Operation – If your diffuser is connected to an HVAC system, check that the fan is running. The fragrance won’t circulate if the fan is off.
Check for Scheduling Conflicts – If you have schedules set up in the app, the diffuser may not be running at the moment. Try running it manually to test.
Why is my diffuser leaking?
If your Luxury 6000 diffuser is leaking, check the following:
- Remove the Shipping O-Ring – When we ship your fragrance canister, there is a rubber O-ring placed between the canister and the plug to prevent leaks during shipping. This O-ring must be removed before installing the canister into the diffuser. If left in place, it will cause leakage.
- Ensure the Fragrance Canister is Properly Sealed – Remove the canister and reinsert it securely to ensure it is properly sealed.
- Check for Loose or Damaged Seals – Inspect the seals around the canister area. If a seal is loose or damaged, it may need to be replaced.
